A Thorough Reconditioning Process
Quality reconditioning starts with a thorough process. We completely disassemble each electrical component and carefully clean and inspect every part. Components are then refinished using a high-quality acrylic enamel selected for its durability before the equipment is reassembled and tested.
Once reassembled, the equipment is tested to meet or exceed applicable manufacturer and UL certification requirements. Dielectric voltage withstand testing is performed phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground (neutral) to help ensure the equipment meets performance and safety standards.
Quality Reconditioning Using the Right Equipment
Our Warren facility has specialized tools and machinery designed to support efficient, high-quality reconditioning and fabrication. This includes a precision laser cutter for accurate steel fabrication, along with a drill press milling machine, and a computer-controlled press brake for precise metal drilling, milling, bending, and shaping. Our state-of-the-art paint booth features a built-in oven, helping provide a durable, professional finish so reconditioned equipment looks as good as new.
These capabilities allow our team to handle more of the reconditioning and fabrication process in-house while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
